Wigton comfortably defeated a weak Furness side in horrendous conditions with driving rain and gusty winds throughout the match.
Wigton welcomed back Richard Moffatt to the side following a serious injury sustained in the first match of the season along with several other players returning to the side following last weeks loss at Egremont.
Wigton were too dominant in all departments for Furness and romped home scoring 11 tries in the process from Josh Leeson (3), Stephen Harris (2), Richard Jackson (2), Charles Studholme, Fraser Ledingham, Elliott Armstrong and Colin Sessford to win 63-0.
